Bishop Dr. Neville Small achieved his Theological studies certified by the School of Christ International at Lumberton Texas U.S.A. He also retains an accredited Doctorate Degree (Doctor of Divinity) from CICA International University & Seminary at Houston Texas U.S.A.

Bishop Dr. Neville Small has been serving the church of God for over 43 years. He has traveled to numerous places in the Caribbean, Canada, and the United States preaching, teaching, and encouraging humanity through guidance of God's word and the power of the Holy Spirit. His ministry excels denominational limitations to take the gospel wherever it is needed. He believes in catering for the total man, (body, soul, and spirit.)

 Bishop Small sees himself as a servant leader given the mandate of God's Commission in Matthew 28:19-20. He is also a proud husband to Janet Small and father to Anthony Small. 

First Lady Janet Small hails from the parish of Portland from the island of Jamaica in the West Indies. At the age of thirteen she gave her heart to the Lord and began her christian journey at the Long Road New Testament Church of God. Soon after, she was filled with the Holy Ghost and began working in various areas of the church, such as the Ladies Ministry, Sunday School, Youth Department and Music Ministries as Choir Director and Praise and Worship Minister .

She and her husband, Reverend Bishop N. Small have always been ministry partners and as such has supported him in all his ministerial appointments and duties. She has a passion for souls and will continue to work assiduously alongside her husband in helping to win the lost for Jesus. She presently serves as your Ladies Ministry president at the Wings of Eagle Deliverance Church of God as well as a liaison to many other departments.
